How does the security deposit work?

Online as a hold on the customer's card or in cash at pickup - always separate from the charter price. After the return you settle it with one click.

What commissions and transaction fees do I pay?

The subscription includes no commission on bookings settled outside Portivo (cash, your own bank transfer). The 5% commission applies only to online payments processed by Portivo. Payment provider fees are settled separately.

I already have a website. What about it?

You do not have to change anything. You can embed the Portivo booking engine into your existing site and treat the ready storefront as an extra sales channel.

Your data lives on AWS infrastructure in the EU, with hard isolation between operators, encryption and backups. Card data is handled only by certified payment providers.
